Commercial Venues

At this point in the project, various brands and independent entrepreneurs will have opened up venues to sell both in-game items and real-world products, and in some cases, both. The expectation is that the functionality for commercial platforms includes the ability to tie real-world clothing stores to an avatar inventory item, such that the virtual storefront will send a version of an in-game avatarโ€™s clothing to the customer of that in-game purchase.

Commercial opportunities also include services, both in-game and real world. The NetVRk airport will be commercially sponsored and allow participants in Genesis Islands to buy real-world travel packages using cryptocurrencies.
