This section seeks to provide the scope of vehicle features expected for the next year, as well as justify prioritizing these features over those expected for later phases of the project. As with land, the prioritization process considered elements such as early utility, current play patterns in the marketplace, long-term project stability, foundational elements, and support for the economic model being employed.
