Private vehicles of the types currently available have the most utility to the visitors to the metaverse. They allow for the most flexibility with the least cost after ownership.

Ownership of Netvrk vehicles allows for governance privileges similar to land ownership. The voting rights are expanded in the DAO over those who who don't own vehicles or those who hold land without owning vehicles. Ownership of vehicles also increases staking rewards in accordance with all guidelines that hold jurisdiction over the metaverse.
